| The ITEA Rocky Mountain Chapter is an endowed scholarship program whose purpose is to assist and encourage outstanding and deserving students to
complete their education in scientific and engineering fields related to test evaluation.
This scholarship is administered through University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS). |

Basic Requirements: | |
| - Must be majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics or Environmental Science. | |
| - Must have a high GPA | |
| - Must be a Junior or Senior | |
